You will be dealing with one of the team below, whose aim it is to make your order process as simple as possible - customer service is their passion and they will want to ensure you are completely happy all the way through the process. They will make sure that the artwork is prepared to your satisfaction before the manufacturing process starts.
 
Rachel
Account Manager

The first ever member of the team, joining the business in 2006, Rachel is our Girl Friday! She has great long standing relationships with a lot of her customers, who have been with her for many a year.

 
Daska
Account Manager

Daska celebrates her 10th anniversary with the business in 2019, and originally joined us to handle and prepare artwork, having a very creative background. However, her ability to communicate effectively with clients shone through, and she seamlessly made the transition to account management, almost unnoticed!

 
Andy
Account Manager

Much to the jealousy of some here, Andy has an impressive background in chocolate gifts and prior to that, the travel industry. Joining the organisation in 2016, Andy is a keen marathon runner and triathlete, sport is as much of his life as is his strong focus on Sales and Customer service, and he is an integral part of the team here.

 
Jenny
Sales Support Administrator

Since joining us in 2015, Jenny has helped define much of the admin procedure that keeps the business running smoothly. Originally a Kent girl, her husband's Army career meant the family have lived in a variety of countries, but settled now in Ripon since 2010.

 
Helen
Accounts

Helen keeps the wheels of industry turning, busy liaising with customers and suppliers alike, ensuring everything is kept on a sound footing. A local Yorkshire lass, Helen has been working with us since 2015, and her home life is always busy, running around after her two young boys!

 
Grant
MD / Owner

Grant started the business way back in 2002, and has seen many changes over the years, none more so than the growth of the team working with him - of whom he is exceptionally proud! Originally from London, he has lived in Yorkshire since 1988, so only another 20 odd years to go until he might be able to consider himself a Yorkshireman!
